The fourth in a series of independent sessions about coping with loss. There's been a great deal of stress and life changes over the past few years.
"When words fail, music speaks". These words penned by Han Christian Andersen are especially true when it comes to coping with grief and loss. Music can convey feelings when at a loss for words, bring comfort, provide opportunities for commemoration, and make connections with each other. Certified music therapist Rebecca Freiman explores ways that music can express emotional experiences, honor losses, and find support together. No prior music experience necessary.
This program is in the Meeting Room if the weather is inclement.
