The first in a series of independent sessions about coping with loss. There's been a great deal of stress and life changes over the past few years.
Learn about the ways that individuals grieve, methods to cope with grief, and approaches for helping others who are grieving with Fran Nathanson LCSW, a psychotherapist and former bereavement counselor.
