The third in a series of independent sessions about coping with loss.  There's been a great deal of stress and life changes over the past few years. 

Learn about the potential effects of grief on the body and easy muscle relaxation techniques that anyone can do at home with Allison List Hunter, LCSW, a social worker and psychotherapist for elders.

This program is in the Meeting Room if the weather is inclement.
