Do you want to improve your English speaking, reading, and writing skills? Presented in partnership with Mundelein District 120 Adult Education, Vernon Area Public Library offers free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for adults.

Chair yoga is a wonderful, gently modified version of yoga for participants with varying abilities. With the use of a chair, participants follow along with stretches or stand and use the chair for support through yoga poses.
