Program Description

Event Details

Chair yoga is a wonderful, gently modified version of yoga for participants with varying abilities. With the use of a chair, participants follow along with stretches or stand and use the chair for support through yoga poses. Chair yoga can contribute to better sleep, reduced stress, reduced joint strain, increased mobility and flexibility, and an overall boost in mood.
