 ain. Qigong principles and techniques exercise the body and calm the mind.
  Learn various forms and movements to build your strength, release tension
 , and melt away stress from your daily life.  Please bring a mat, water b
 ottle, sunscreen, and a hat. In the event of inclement weather, the sessio
 n will be held indoors.This program is part of the library's yearlong
  Wellness Series. This event is free and open to all. Signup is required.
