All ages. Ask for the Celebrate Hispanic Heritage kit when you visit the Youth Desk in the library or the drive up window during regular business hours. While supplies last.
Your kit will contain supplies to make a Papel Picado banner and Worry Dolls and step by step instructions. Colors and patterns may vary. Save a paper tube roll for the Worry Dolls.
