James Marquardt, associate professor of politics and chair of international relations at Lake Forest College, discusses Russia's invasion of Ukraine.  

Marquardt's most recent publication is “Leading by Example, Lighting the World: Open Government, Transparency, Soft Power, and Obama’s National Security Policy,” which appeared late last year in the academic journal Democracy and Security.
