Positivity and kindness is something we all need, and especially today it seems to be in short supply. Why aren’t we more kind to one another? How can leaders use kindness to motivate, inspire, and retain workers? What can we do to instill more kindness in the workplace, at home, and in public? Local author Howard Prager teaches the VIP method of how we can all do a little something, every day, that causes someone to say “You made my day!” Those four words are the strongest, most positive acknowledgement people say. People don’t say them randomly. They say them when someone has done the right thing, the right way, and at the right time. Come listen, learn, and practice how positivity and kindness in your life can make a measurable difference to you, the people around you, and in your company.
Presented in partnership with the Buffalo Grove Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.
