THIS CONCERT HAS BEEN MOVED INTO THE MEETING ROOM OF THE LIBRARY.

Chicago Blues Hall of Fame inductee Donna Herula performs an acoustic blues slide guitar, along with Marc Edelstein on upright bass and Tony Wittrock on acoustic guitar/mandolin. Learn about the history of the Blues, while enjoying songs from the Deep South, Mississippi Delta, Hill Country, and Memphis that influenced Chicago blues. 

Notes: 

This outdoor concert is on the Annex Lawn. Bring a chair; a hat and bottle of water is recommended. 

If the weather is inclement, this program will move to the meeting room.

The Library Annex and Library Learning Garden are located at 4 Indian Creek Road, behind the main library building. 

Limited parking is available in the Library Annex lot. Enter from Indian Creek Road, off of Olde Half Day Road. Or park at the back of the main library parking lot and follow the signs to the Library Learning Garden.

Seating provided by the library is limited; please bring a blanket or chairs to ensure your comfort. Also recommended: hat, water bottle, sunscreen or bug spray. Portable restrooms are available.
