Nonprofit Networking: Finding & Engaging Volunteers for Long-Term Impact

Presented in partnership with Give'N'Kind, Vernon Area Library, and The Lake County Community Foundation. This quarter we’re focusing on volunteer program development to support your mission.

Our facilitator is Renee Davis, a Certified Fundraising Executive with extensive expertise in capital campaign management, board development, fundraising assessment and planning, donor and volunteer engagement, and executive coaching.

Attendees will gain valuable insights and practical tools to:

• Evaluate organizational readiness to recruit and retain skills-based volunteers
• Refine a volunteer recruitment strategy to attract quality candidates
• Understand how to train new volunteers for high impact
• Design a volunteer engagement strategy to build lasting relationships
• Engage volunteers in capacity building and ambassadorship
