[Online] What's a day in the life of a food critic at a major newspaper in one of the world's best foodie cities? Meet Louisa Chu and Nick Kindelsperger, both food critics at the Chicago Tribune, as they share Chicago food trends, how restaurants are surviving during COVID, and following in the footsteps of legendary critic Phil Vettel.
