Learn to turn the summer’s bounty into delicious jams and tangy pickles and preserve them for the winter. In this demonstration, food preservation expert Emily Paster teaches the basics of water-bath canning, a safe and easy method of home food preservation, including equipment needs and addressing food safety concerns. We will also cover the basics of making fruit spreads and vegetable pickles suitable for canning.
