Discover the inspiring world of adaptive sports, where athletes with physical or visual disabilities take on new challenges through both recreational and competitive opportunities. A panel of athletes from the Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association (GLASA) share their stories of training and competing in sports such as pickleball, swimming, basketball, sled hockey, football, and powerlifting. Learn how participation in adaptive sports fosters confidence, resilience, and empowerment—helping individuals reach their fullest potential in every aspect of life.
