Program Description
Event Details
Grades 3-5. Learn about the life and work of Spanish artist, Salvador Dali, who blended fantasy with reality and the art movement of Surrealism. Then, create your own masterpiece inspired by his art. Miss Jane leads you with step-by-step instructions.
You will need:
- a pencil and eraser
- a set of watercolor paints
- a black sharpie marker
- assortment of paint brushes both large and small
- container of water (such as a recycled jar)
- canvas or paper
- paper towels
- masking or painters tape
