Free English as a Second Language Class.Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am-Noon beginning August 19.Do you want to improve your English speaking and writing skills? The Vernon Area Public Library offers FREE English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for adults. The class meets Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9am–Noon. The fall session begins Wednesday, August 19 and ends Friday, December 11. New students may join at any time and all skill levels are welcome. Students will register and be tested when they attend their first class. Two forms of identification are required for registration.
